Randy recieved his real estate license in July of 1982. He is now a 29 Year veteran of the McPherson real estate marketplace. Randy has been married for 31 years to his lovely wife Sandi, and the couple has been blessed with three children, Tiffany Rohr, Aaron Flickinger, and Amanda Flickinger. They are active in the First Baptist Church of McPherson, both teaching Sunday School for several years and taking leadership in various positions. The Flickingers are also no stranger to public radio, as they do a twice-weekly radio call-in program (Sound-Off McPherson) and many sporting events as the "Voice of the Bullpups."

Tom received his license from the Kansas Association of Realtors in May of 2005. Tom is an active member of the McPherson Board of realtors, the McPherson Multiple listing service. He is also a member of both State and National Associations of Realtors. Tom has been married to his lovely wife Joyce, for 29 years and they have four great children, Ryan, Joel, Sara, and Kaci. They are both members of Countryside Covenant Church, where Joyce is the Pastor of Children and Family Ministries. They have lived in McPherson since October of 1990, moving from Hays, Kansas. Tom worked for 32 years with Southwestern Bell Telephone/AT&T, and retired there in June of 2009 to pursue a full time real estate career.

Rod has been married for 33 years to his lovely wife Kay and they have been blessed with 4 children, Kristen Bauman, Kendra Eveland, Kimbra Den Hartog, and Kyle Huxman, and 6 grand children. They are very active in Moundridge Evangelical Free Church, in leadership roles and praise and worship team. Rod has been involved in the community on several boards.

Before that, he taught at Smoky Valley High School for 7 years. He is married to Katie (Sherman) and together they have 3 children. She is a member of the McPherson Mulit-Listing Services, the Kansas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Connie was born and raised in Moundridge. She graduated from Bethel College in Newton with a B.S. in social work in May 1991 and worked as a case manager since April 1998 for the South Central Kansas Area Agency on Aging. She is active at Eden Mennonite Church in a variety of war and committees, and also serves on the Moundridge Chamber Board. Connie enjoys working with the Moundridge community and surrounding areas. Her previous and current experience has been to help individuals during transitions and changes in the personal lives. Real estate is simply another segment to be of service.

Carianne has been a licensed real estate agent since 2005. She enjoys meeting new people and helping them find their dream home. She loves living in McPherson and can't imagine living anywhere else. She grew up in Fredonia, a small rural town in southeast Kansas. She went to college at Kansas State University and she is definitely a KSU fan who bleeds purple. She is married to Troy Short who is the materials manager at Hospira. They have two children; Teel who is currently attending North park University as a Biblical and Theological major, and Autumn who is currently attending McPherson High School. Carianne is an active member of the community who coordinates the summer lunch program. She is also a high school Sunday school teacher and active member at the First United Methodist Church and a graduate of the McPherson Chamber Leadership program.

Bryan specializes in residential and commercial properties and his focus is on his customers, knowing that a satisfied customer will help him to establish a strong business base. He grew up in Hillsboro and got his education at Hillsboro High. He went on to graduate from Tabor College with a degree in Business Administration & Economics, with an emphasis on Management. Bryan started in law enforcement, and worked at Phillipsburg with the Phillips County Sheriffs Office. Bryan met his wife Aimee, and after several years decided to move to the McPherson area in 1999. Bryan went to work for the McPherson Police Dept and worked as a Police Officer for 10 years before starting a career with CHS Inc. Bryan and Aimee have two daughters, Jacee age 15, and Allyson, age 1. Both girls are very active in their schools and school functions. Bryan is very active in the community and is a member of the McPherson Chamber of Commerce, and also a member of the Leadership McPherson 2011 Class. In addition, Bryan was selected as an Ambassador Program for the City of McPherson, and has volunteered at Eisenhower Elementary. For several years he was also a part time Case Manager/Volunteer for Big Brothers Big Sisters of McPherson County.
